Where we came from

Phoenix Barbecue was started by Ivan Weaver after several years on the KCBS competition barbecue circuit helped him to discover his passion and skill in the art of smoking & grilling. Realizing how much he enjoyed seeing his food put smiles on people's faces, Ivan worked to fine-tune the award winning recipes his team had developed with his own unique flavors.

Phoenix Barbecue currently operates on a delivery-only basis as a gourmet individual caterer, selling smoked pork, brisket, ribs, and wings in easy-reheatable freezer packs that capture the fresh-smoked flavor for family meal times or larger gatherings.
